Lab
After learning how to create a studio environment visualization, I wanted to create an environment for a product and came across the packaging for Daisy by Marc Jacobs. I was inspired to try an outdoor enviroment that emphasized the idea of a bright and fresh fragrance.
After watching a Blender 3D tutorial on making the chair on Youtube, I decided to expand my practice and model a table from the same designer to create a short motion piece that could be used to market the set.
A celestial themed illustration I did as a commision for a friend. I experimented a lot with materials in Blender 3D, and with photo editing in Photoshop and Lightroom.
In this series, I wanted to capture the progression of the main character's wand through the series. With each wand illustration, I made a lot of decisions, such as color and imagery, based on the change in her powers. I also added motion to add a magical element to them as they float in the space.
In order to jumpstart learning Blender, I decided to take a course from Polygon Runway in which he went through creating 4 different illustrations that progressively increase in complexity. These illustrations are the results from the course.
