Hello!
I am a graphic designer and illustrator that graduated from the University of Florida in the spring of 2020. I am currently working as the lead designer for a non-profit organization, Sparks Magazine, a mixed media platform that provides a voice to the Asian Pacific Islander/ American (API/A) experience. Previously, I spent two years with Sparks Magazine, University of Florida chapter, where I gained editorial design and illustration experience as a designer and eventual design editor. I have also worked as a visual design fellow at the City of Gainesville where I worked on multiple branding projects within different teams in the Department of Strategic Initiatives.
I am constantly striving to be better, and hope to have a positive impact on the world through meaningful and more sustainable practices in visual design. I will always think of myself as a student, eager to learn new skills. Current skill that I hope to improve on are branding and 3D illustration/motion design.
Outside of design, I love going on walks through shopping districts, painting (acrylic, gouache, digital), and listening to music (the genre always changes). I am also a beginner to the practice of yoga and meditation.
